Dr Ross Napoli is a graduate of Adelaide University school of Dentistry. He has practiced in several locations in country South Australia and Victoria before returning to Metropolitan Adelaide. Ross joined Parkside Dental Clinic in 2003.

Ross contributed several research areas in his undergraduate studies including development of 3-dimensional imaging with renowned specialist Associate Professor Tom Wilkinson, and mouthwash efficacy. Consequently, this gave him an affinity for preventive and restorative dentistry with a focus in ceramics. Ross is actively involved in charitable work abroad. He has established dental programs for the Born to Live Charity which provides dental services to HIV infected orphans in Thailand, and currently works providing care to underprivileged children with the Cambodia World Family charity in Cambodia.
Ross has keen sporting interests. Although soccer and cycling are amongst his main pursuits, he also has a passion for classic cars and motorsport.

Keen to stay abreast of ever changing dental technologies and materials, Phil pursues continuing professional development in all aspects of dentistry. His specific areas of interest in dentistry are CAD/CAM dentistry and preventive care.
Phil attended secondary school at Prince Alfred College and is a life member of the Prince Alfred Old Collegians football club. He is a keen Kitesurfer, and enjoys windsurfing, SUP, surfing and tennis.

Dusan graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2008 having received the Dental Board of Australia Medal and Prize and the Thomas D Hannon Prize for Dux of the dental school. Dusan was also awarded the Colgate Student Travel Scholarship to attend the University of Bristol.

Following university, Dusan has practiced dentistry extensively in metropolitan Adelaide including Golden Grove, Glenelg and North Adelaide. He particularly enjoys restorative dentistry, including CEREC porcelain restorations and treatment planning.
Dusan is an old scholar of Saint Ignatious College and enjoys travelling, live music and has a keen interest in tennis and surfing.

Michael is an Adelaide local, having grown up near Glenelg, he attended Sacred Heart College graduating as Dux of the College. His dedication to study continued into the dental field, graduating from the University of Adelaide Bachelor of Dental Surgery and since then has practiced all aspects of general dentistry in both the city and Norwood.

Michael has recently taken over from the retiring Dr Richard Salter. He enjoys all facets of dentistry, with particular interest in protecting broken down teeth, as well as minimal intervention dentistry which focuses on prevention and preserving own enamel.
Michael is an avid weekend golfer, as well as having a keen interest in cricket and footy.
